BODY WISE Event Features American Bone Health and Clara Peterson

On March 20th, The Pasadena Junior League held their 8th annual BODY WISE event at Westridge School. There were over 150 girls at the event to participate in interactive workshops and discussions on important health and self esteem topics.

Clara Peterson, Americn Bone Health's Ambassador, discussed Athletic Energy Deficit and how girls can avoid long term bone and performance problems by maintaining good nutrition throughout their training activities and athletic competitions.
